Help with your childcare costs
A breakdown of our costs are available on request and we frequently benchmark against local nurseries to continuously remain competitive. Please see below for various payment and childcare support options.
Early Education Funding
From the term after your child turns 3 years old, they will be eligible for funded nursery sessions up to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks or 12 hours over 48 weeks. This is funded by the County Council and paid directly to the nursery. Please ask for further details.
30 hours funding
You may be entitled to a further 15 hours in addition to the above funding if you are a working parent. Please see Childcare Choices website for full details – www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
2 year old Funding
From the term after your child turns 2 years old, there is funding available to families who receive various benefits or tax credits. We can also refer children who have any special or additional needs. We can offer 3 half days per week on this scheme. For more information see www.warwickshire.gov.uk/childcarecosts
You may be entitled to financial support through the tax system. For further information call the Tax Credits Helpline on 0345 300 3900.
If you are attending a college or university course you may be able to obtain funding for childcare through them. Please ask at their Student Services department.
Parents are able to open a childcare account with the Government. The Government will pay in £2 for every £8 that the parent pays in. Please see Childcare Choices website for full details of how to apply.
Standing Order/Bank Transfer/Online Banking
Please contact us for our account details to set up a standing order or bank transfer.
If you use a Nursery Voucher scheme (eg Edenred, Accor, Computershare) via your employer where you receive a tax and national insurance benefit, please ask for the Wellingtons reference number for the voucher company they use.
We have a chip and pin card machine in the nursery office for your convenience.
Please make cheques payable to ‘Wellingtons Day Nurseries Ltd’.
For safety and security we prefer not to receive cash but if this is your preferred method please ensure that it is given to the Manager on duty and that you are given a receipt.
