In addition to inspection by Ofsted, Wellingtons assures its quality through internal continuous improvement programmes.

Our Regent Place Nursery graded as ‘Good’ at the inspection on 21 July 2017.

Report extracts are as follows;

Partnerships with parents are strong. Parents share positive views about an online system that the nursery uses for sharing information about their children’s achievements.
Staff create a welcoming environment… staff interpret babies’ needs well as babies communicate through gestures, expression and begin to say words.
Staff implement an effective key-person system, which aids children in building good relationships with staff and other children.
Children make good progress in readiness for the move on to school.

Our Bilton Road Nursery graded as ‘Good’ at the inspection on 16 January 2020.

Staff support children’s emotional security extremely well.
Staff ensure that children’s learning builds successfully on what they already know and can do.
Parents comment on the close bonds that form between staff and children, and say how happy their children are to attend.
Staff work well as a team and demonstrate a commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for children.
Staff support children’s thinking skills effectively, for example, through asking them open-ended questions and giving them time to put their thoughts into words.
The provider and the manager provide a well-resourced and welcoming play environment.

Our Lawford Lane Nursery graded as ‘Good’ at the inspection on 29 November 2017.

Staff keep parents well informed about their children’s activities and progress. They guide them expertly in supporting their children’s learning at home.
