Staff at Wellingtons

We have fantastic staff who are very friendly and totally committed to the care and development of our children. Staff work as role models for the children, they share ideas, work across the sites and mentor each-other to promote consistency within the group.

Each member of the Wellingtons team has been appropriately checked through the recruitment process, by references and Enhanced DBS disclosures to ensure their suitability to work with young children. Staff members are qualified to the appropriate level according to their job role and receive regular training for mandatory areas such as First Aid and Safeguarding and continuous professional development through training and research to inspire new ideas and keep up to date with the latest practice.

There is a comprehensive induction process and staff members are supported through the supervision and appraisal systems.
